Does this mean there’s no hope for you to reach reach and maintain your ideal weight? Fortunately, the answer is no.

The National Weight Control Registry “is the largest prospective investigation of long-term successful weight loss maintenance.” The NWCR tracks over 5,000 people who have lost at least 30 pounds and kept it off for at least one year.

LT’s Maryland boot camp involves engaging strength training, cardiovascular conditioning and stretching exercises.

During each outdoor session, you’ll be challenged by core strength training, plyometric and agility drills, obstacle courses, stair exercises, hill exercises and boxing training.

Is this Baltimore Bootcamp for Me?
Absolutely! This is a ladies only bootcamp. All fitness levels are welcome. The sessions are designed so participants can adjust to their own intensity levels. Anyone willing to work hard can be successful in LT’s boot camp.

Who Will Teach My Camp Sessions?
LT Thomas is the primary boot camp instructor. Any other instructors that teach will be certified fitness instructors who have been personally trained by LT.

When is LT Fit Boot Camp Held?
LT offers morning and evening boot camp sessions:

Monday 6:00am – 7:00am, 6:00pm – 7:00pm & 7:00pm – 8:00pm
Tuesday 6:00pm -7:00pm & 7:00pm – 8:00pm
Wednesday 6:00am – 7:00am & 7:30 – 8:30pm
Thursday 6:00pm – 7:00pm
Friday 6:00am – 7:00am, 5:30pm – 6:30pm, & 6:30pm – 7:30pm
Saturday 9:00am – 10:00am & 10:00am – 11:00am

LT Fit boot camp is an door and outdoor boot camp.  Selected sessions are only outdoors from May through September.

How Much Does Boot Camp by LT Cost?
To get the body you want, you can make a 6 month commitment and enjoy Unlimited Sessions for just $125 a month! Or drop in classes are $20

Additional options:

  • Unlimited Sessions for $150 a month

How Many People Attend Each Session?
Session sizes vary depending on time and location. You can expect to work out with 5 to 20 fellow bootcampers.

What is the Inclement Weather Policy?
Your instructor will notify all participants via telephone, text or email prior to a session beginning. Unless it’s raining, plan to attend bootcamps (it’s a blast)!

Do I Need to Bring Anything with Me to Boot Camp?
Participants are welcome to bring a mat, towel (optional), one set of dumbbells (5-12 lbs) and water. Be sure to come dressed in workout attire.

What Areas Do You Serve?

Baltimore, Towson and Perry Hall residents are the most common bootcamp attendees. However, we also have bootcampers who are residents of Pikesville, Gwynn Oak, Bel Air, Catonsville, Edgewood, Elkridge, Parkville, Windsor Mill, Bethesda, District Heights, Easton, Essex, Glen Burnie, Jessup, Millersville, Owings Mills, Pasadena, Rosedale and Sparks Glencoe.

My boot camp is designed for people that aren’t in great shape.  It’s no need of me having a boot camp for people in great shape.  As a fitness professional, you want to work with people that aren’t in the best of shape. This will enable me to help them and motivate them to a much better state.  This boot camp isn’t for athletes.  It’s for the average lady who wants to lose weight, take their workouts to a new level and work out with others. The goal of my boot camp is not to work people so hard that they wont ever return.  I want ladies to know that they can do this.  If you don’t try it out, you will never know what possible.  Nothing beats a try.  When you workout with a professional, you will realize that you can do more than you even thought possible.  My passionate is to help ladies that aren’t in shape and that aren’t active.  I want to show them that they can do things that they didn’t even realize was possible.
