We have now partnered with P.H.D. by Everlea to offer Pilates at our Baltimore Facility and off- site
If you live in Baltimore, Come and Give Pilates a try. I know you will love it.
When: Sessions will start 5/15/2012 on Tuesdays at 6pm.
Cost: Additional $25 per month for boot camp members or $50 per month for non-members. Drop in fee $10 ( for boot
camp members) and $15 per session for anyone else.
If you are already doing Zumba or Boot camp, Pilates in Baltimore is great for cross training.
What is Pilates:
The Pilates Method is founded on core strength. Pilates mat and equipment exercises strengthen not just the outer muscles of the center of the body but also the deep inner stabilizing muscles of the pelvis, abdomen, and back — the core muscles. Core strength supports the back and neck, giving us healthy posture and freeing the joints to allow a natural flexibility of the limbs. This kind of strength and flexibility training translate well into all kinds cross training activities.
