It’s a beautiful day in Baltimore. I had a great workout. I wish I had time to run outside today but I couldn’t fit it in. My workout consisted of strength training, cardio on the stationary bike and the rowing machine I finished my workout off with some stretching. That’s such an important part but many people skip. I did a total body strength training workout.
Here is my workout that I did today.
Reverse dumb bell lunge with and press
Pull-ups
Dips
Free Motion back extensions on the life machine
High to low wood chops with free motion cable cross
