Personal trainer showing a client how to exerc...

Spring 2011, was the first boot camp I have ever signed up to take and was so afraid to attend, thinking I would not keep up. Finally in September I started class and after the 4th class, I saw results.. the exercises, didn’t look so easy but I followed the instructions and guess what, they were effective! Every move was explained to me so that I understood which muscles were being toned.

LT helped me understand the proper form — which was helpful since I find out that I’m uncoordinated.

LT is one of the best boot camp instructors. He’s obviously professionally trained and well able to meet the needs of clients. I’m pleased about the consideration, concern and courtesy he always shows. His exercise advice is beneficial, practical and unbiased. LT has not suggested that I buy something I didn’t need.
He is always very considerate and professional.

Thanks LT!

Working out with L.T. is my first experience with a personal trainer and I really enjoy it. Although I have been a runner for many years, I have never really been comfortable working out in a gym by myself. I never knew what exercises to do, or how to use the equipment, and frankly, I was not one of those people who could motivate myself to do it alone. L.T. really motivates me to work hard – he pushes me to do better and encourages me when I feel doubtful. He makes each workout challenging, but never too much for me to handle. He ensures that our weekly sessions are interesting by switching up routines and incorporating new exercises each week. He has even come over to help me out when I am in the gym on days we don’t have a scheduled session. He also provides me with tips on how to stay motivated, how to improve nutrition, and more. I look forward to my sessions every week and hope to continue to improve and grow strong with L.T.!

I just want to take the time to thank my personal trainer. You are truly a blessing to my health. In our first approach I had explained to you my health issues such as; high blood pressure, water weight gain and sleeping issues. Since you’ve become my personal trainer I have already noticed changes. Changes not just in my physical appearance but those issues stated above are showing great improvements. To top it off, my confidence is building and as well as my abilities in dance.

I look forward to continuing our workout sessions and maybe one day soon; being relieved of all blood pressure medications. :-) I’m so excited.

Thanks again and God Bless!

I enjoy your flexibility in terms of times and locations.
I like that you customize my work-outs to my abilities and that you’re in tune to what I can do if I push myself without being unreasonable.
I like that you’re not scary, and you don’t yell at me or say anything that makes me feel inadequate. You’re encouraging.
I like that you’re always providing me with tips on what I can do on my own-even if I don’t always follow through on it.
I like that you’re a wealth of information on nutrition.
I also like that you’re always shaking things up and coming up with new things for us to do. My work-outs are never boring.

I have spent the last few weeks incorporating boxing into my personal training when possible and it is AWESOME!!!!!
I get out my aggression and burn some calories. I put on some gloves and feel better and a little more fit in 20 minutes.

“As a 40-year-old woman with a 16-month-old daughter and a desk job, I needed serious help getting in shape. After training with LT for eight weeks, things—gratefully—are back where they belong! I’m stronger and more toned, and I fit better in my clothes. I loved the personal attention and the challenging workouts. LT was always mixing things up and adding new exercises to keep things interesting. More importantly, he taught me a lot, so now I can keep it up on my own.”

Use any or all of it as you please.

Best,
C. Pierre – Baltimore, MD.
